Phased deployment roadmap
ALTA executes with a blueprint approach: validate first, standardize next, then scale with speed and quality control.
Program phases
Land sizes are part of our master plan. Capacities are defined per site based on engineering, interconnection and operational targets.
Objective: validate the full stack (energy + data infrastructure + digital operations).
Deliverables: compute module(s), instrumentation, FAT/SAT testing, ALTA SMART (MVP), manuals and standards.
Objective: scale via MW clusters and standardize multi‑module operations.
Deliverables: substation/cluster, O&M with SLA, critical spares and executive reporting.
Objective: execute the blueprint at scale with parallel deployment and operating governance.
Deliverables: multi‑site architecture, standardized supply chain, availability and efficiency KPIs.
Modular MW blueprint
The core of the program is a replicable unit: energy + conversion + compute module + telemetry. This enables growth without major redesign.
Engineering standard
Standard documentation per module: SLD, layout (GA), BOM, network protocols, O&M and as‑built.
Testing & acceptance
FAT/SAT, performance criteria, warranties and logs — repeatable and auditable operations.
Multi‑site operations
ALTA SMART enables monitoring, reporting and operational control with KPIs and SLAs per module and per site.
Partner model
We work with manufacturers, integrators and EPCs to accelerate deployment. Vendor selection is based on technical performance, TCO and execution capacity.
Turnkey / EPC + O&M
End‑to‑end proposal with engineering, supply, commissioning, warranties and operations.
Modular / by work packages
Packages A–F: compute module, cooling, electrical integration, commissioning, platform and support.
SLA & governance
Contracts based on availability, response times, critical spares and executive reporting.
For comparable proposals, we request pricing per module/container and per installed MW, with explicit assumptions and declared exclusions.
